This expanded PTFE graphite-filled compression packing seal protects pumps, valves and other equipment from fluid leaks in general service and light slurry applications. The braided packing is made from 100% GFO ePTFE yarn heavily loaded with ultra-pure graphite powder to absorb lubricant, transfer heat away from the shaft, and reduce wear on high-speed shafts. An inert Matrix lubricant improves break-in time and minimizes frictional heat for longer packing life.
