They are laser cut at 90° to enable air bending for right-angle bends, channels, and other complex U-shaped brackets. The dies ship unassembled as 24 pieces of 1/2" thick plate (12.7 mm) that can be stacked or welded to fit your needed length. When fully assembled and lined up, you have a 12" long top die that can bend up to 1/4" (6.35 mm) thick material. Made in the USA.
