The Nexen TL-A series open-design torque limiter protects drives by slipping at a preset torque to prevent damage to motors, gearboxes, belts, and other drivetrain components. This TL40A model features a 1.375 in bore (34.93 mm) and covers static torque from 900 to 4,190 in-lbs (101.6-473 Nm). When operated at 80 psi (5.5 bar), torque can reach up to 27,700 in-lbs (3,123 Nm). The TL-A family includes 16 models with bores from 0.625 to 2.938 in (15.9-74.6 mm) and remote torque adjustment via single- or double-air-pressure circuits. A proximity sensor with a 3 ft cord and hardware is included on all models. Pack size: 1 piece per order.
